  I am not sure why it is not working as the link worked for me and I was able to fill out the form without any issues. If you are on a mobile device, please try from a desktop!

    Got one, thanks! I was on mobile and it went through fine. I’m on an iPhone and what I had to do after clicking on the link was open in safari. Super fast and easy. Hope that helps.

    I couldn’t get it to work on my iPad in Safari, so I used the Chrome browser app & it worked.

    on laptop using Chrome i could not find the tab Colin referred to. when i go to the webpage it has some coupon links only in the “Free Sample” section. no coupons or samples of Equate.
