Can you believe that!? I’m shocked. We go to Disney World every year and I never knew this. Every little bit helps.
If you know somebody that works at target and has a red card you can get even better deal … My sister in laws fiancé is a manager at target so he gets 10% employee discount plus he uses his red card and gets another 5% so we had him buy $400 worth of Disney gift cards last year for $340 for us 🙂

Yes! For every holiday and anytime I have a little extra cash I buy or ask for disney gift cards and use them to pay for our disney passes.

Earlier this year I purchased Disney cards from Target.com, I had 2 cards out of 10 that came without a balance. I noticed that others on the DisBoards (Disney Forum) were also having the same problem. Turns out that Target is notorious for failing to activate some of the cards that they send. Some of the reviews on Target.com complain of the same thing but they were able to get them activated.
Yes, after a few phone calls, so you definitely want to check before you are trying to use them. It takes time for them to activate them since they have verify things.

With the other hip2save deals from this week I had $15 in target gift cards. With the gift cards and red card and add ebates this was an amazing deal. I save disney gift cards all year so my family can keep our yearly passes.
Ebates said it excludes all gift cards, did you get the credit for it?

I use it on the 100.00 cards and it went throw. . More than one time 🙂 had to do one card at a time.

Mine were all cancelled as well. I’m very upset. I don’t believe they are out of stock. I think they simply didn’t want to sell them at such a discount. The site didn’t show out of stock for much of yesterday.
Mine were also cancelled. I was not told that they were out of stock. I was told that there was a promotional error and that the Disney gift cards were never supposed to be part of the promotion. It was a technical error and they were not honoring any of them.
Mine and my sisters were cancelled too. I bought 3 of the $50 ones and she bought a couple of the $100 ones. When she called yesterday and finally got to a manager (or so they say), the person told her that the coupon wasn’t supposed to work and that the ones that shipped out before they could catch it were lucky. Anything that was still “processing” was in the process of being cancelled. 🙁
