I’ve found that Walgreens “clipped to card” coupons never come off at checkout for me and according to the cashiers there’s nothing they can do to about it. I double and triple check before shopping that I’ve clipped it correctly, even asking the store manager if I did it right. But they still don’t automatically come off. I avoid deals that involve digital coupons bc of this. Yet another reason (on the already long list) of why I coupon less and less at Wags.
I had the same problem with Walgreens digital coupon. I don’t clip them anymore.
i agree, the coupons DO NOT SHOW UP ON MY RECEIPT. what is the purpose of clipping them to my card and not getting the credited amount off my receipt.
honestly, for the last 9 years and now, i have had, nothing but coupons issues with walgreens either with manufacturer coupons or from the weekly walgreens store flyer.
they are the worst when it comes to coupons!
i always have to check my receipts, never fails, i don’t get what i’m due.

I think all these coupon issues are costing Walgreens a lot of customers…they just closed 2 Walgreens within a month of each other near me..I don’t even mind..I think sales dropped with this new rewards program and I haven’t shopped there in like 2 years.
Me too. And I confirmed with the store manager that there is nothing they can do about it. So, when my coupon did not work I returned the items.
Did you go in to Walgreens with the printed out copy of all the coupons added to your card? I know this is silly but if that is the only way they will honor them???? The Walgreens around here quit having ads in the store (cost saving measure) so I have to clip coupons to my card.
i have brought in my printed copy, their like take it up with corporate.
corporate is useless. it’s like sorry, can’t help you.
i also heard no more in store flyers. i like having my flyer in my hand to go over the sale items.
i don’t think it will last, people will complain. not everyone buys the paper and some people don’t have computers or smartphone.
