I got a FREE 1 yr membership with the code TAKEOFF. You have to setup an acct first and it gives you the option to add a code on that same screen (not the checkout). I still was able go get the 10 off 35 too. I read the fine print and will cancel before the end of the year (i put a reminder in my phone to go off the month before).
Do you know if we can cancel the membership before the three months is done and not have to pay any fees?

You don’t have to cancel anything. There is “no auto enroll”. You would have to sign up at the end of your free trial. Hope that helps 🙂
It’s still confusing because the 3-month (free) membership is IN the cart and you cannot remove it – so if I do the membership, I’m not enrolled, but I have to?

I think this site depends on what you purchase. I made a purchase awhile back where I got a few boxes of glad trash bags and a few of the all natural deodorants that I use. I ended up paying like 15 dollars less than if I had purchased the exact same things on Amazon. I adore Amazon prime, however jet.com did have better prices for me on the things I needed with that particular order.
Some things are quite a bit cheaper! You just have to check. I have had good luck with diapers, wipes, toothpaste, books, hand soap, etc.
The savings vary per person as well, it depends on your location. I just added all of those things to my cart and my total is only $21.59! Without the use of the coupon code!

check your bank their charging the 10 dls or in my account it was charged 9.98 i called customer service they said their is a problem with this and i should see a refund when the item is shipped

Im sure there are deals to be found but the pricing is confusing :/ I was looking at baby food and a 16oz container of Cereal was $22.98 then it says additonal 11.49 off. It seems kind of silly to me to not put the actual price as i didnt go OH wow look at the added savings, i just thought how over priced! On top of that the description doesnt say anything about more than one 16oz conationer. Thus one costs 11.49 but at the grocery store is less than $3. NOTHING against the company, just what i noticed. Maybe Ill have to spend some more time looking at the site 🙂

It was a great deal for me – I ordered three Barney Butter Almond Butters (16oz) which were $12.49, then minus the savings, then the $10 promo and it was $13.88 total – that is a steal for Almond Butter and especially for a brand that is truly peanut free

Eh, I pulled the trigger on a box of Airheads, toilet paper and body wash. $11.40 isn’t bad at all, I was just hoping for more necessities, but I compared prices long enough. 🙂
I’ve ordered from jet once.
Pros: I compared the items to Amazon directly by adding to cart. Amazon cart total was over $300, jet cart total was $130, and the items on jet were bigger sizes for many of them.
Most items arrived within four days.
Cons: Jet immediately canceled one of the items I ordered (but did give me a $1 credit for canceling, so that’s a pro.)
I still have not received one of the items. The tracking number on it turns up “Not Found” on USPS (the alleged shipper), UPS, and FedEx. E-mailed jet about the issue and received a vague robo response saying they would look into the matter. So, they have my money for the item and I have no item and no idea what they’re going to do about it. This is a huge mark against them for me; lost items happen, but I’d better get darn good customer service for it. To compare: ordered from Amazon 2 weeks ago, no rush shipping. Item got lost in the mail. Emailed Amazon, received a response in less than 2 hours. They replaced the items, upgraded to one day shipping, and gave me a $5 credit. Received the items yesterday.
Some of the things I ordered included (2) 36 Charmin Basic toilet paper packs. One of them was listed for $21, with $10 off when I added it to cart. That’s a good deal for me anyway. When I changed the quantity to (2) of them, the $10 off more than doubled to $22 off the two packs. I found that several of the items I ordered did that; the savings were X with one item, but if I ordered 2 or more of that same item, the savings would more than double or triple. One thing, when I changed the quantity to (2), quadrupled its savings in cart.
I was able to get the free 1 year membership, and I will probably order from them again, especially for big savings items like that. However, the $100 per year I spend for a Prime membership gives me streaming videos and free books for my Kindle app, plus 2 day shipping as opposed to “whenever” shipping, AND the customer service I’ve gotten from Amazon has just been outstanding. It’s nice to have another shopping choice, but I don’t think jet is going to last very long with these prices and the poor customer service.

Under terms it says “Despite our efforts to have accurate information, we don’t guarantee any aspect of any product information on the Jet Sites, including product images, product descriptions and specifications and product availability”. It concerns me as the return policy excludes grocery items. Im wondering if you buy a case of something but lets say only one shows up and not a case or buy a 60oz conatiner but only a 6oz shows up and there is nothing you can do about it :/ I probably over think things HaHa

I just received my shipment of luvs diapers and dawn soap. I haven’t checked the diapers box they looked sealed correctly but the dawn soap came with tape on the lid so it won’t leak I’m sure but I’m looking at it and it looks like water or something may have been added. There are bubbles in the bottle like it was mixed with something. I always use dawn brand and only when i mix it with water does it have the bubbles like that in it. I let it sit there all day and it still has the bubbles, typically it settles. Dawn normally pretty thick too. I purchased the power clean one from jet. Anyone else have this happen with online orders of dish soap?

I ordered Carnation breakfast (after additional savings it was cheaper than sams which is the cheapest around) and the Charmin Basic. $13.85 total. Not too bad considering it is being shipped to my door and I don’t have to drive 40 minutes into town with four kids under five.

They took away the promo code because they cancelled an item and I didnt find out until 2 weeks after placing the order. Since the order was less than 35, no discount. Plus, I cant use the promo code now bc I already placed my first order. Ugh. Shipping was deducted after I complained that it wasnt my fault they cancelled an item.
My experience? 1 year free membership. Bought the exact watch I had been circling for a while, it was cheaper by more than fifty dollars on Jet than Amazon. Got it with free shipping and received an additional discount for using my Visa CC. I will mention that shipping took three days later than promised. Overall experience? Great deals to be found.

Oh well, I ordered 5 items but 3 were cancelled. Nowhere did Jet say these items were low stock. I called and all they offered was free shipping if I want to buy something else but she says I lost the $10 off promo code.
