I print the coupons and fall for this every time! In PA they are $3.99 as well. For that price I’d rather buy the spray… or any other brand for that matter.

Doesn’t seem to be regional, it’s on Target’s list of all promos. Also in my ad (I’m not close to you). Stores have a habit of not always putting every sign up.

I am in Arkansas and the deal is in our weekly ad. Sometime they do not post the signs here either but always has worked at register if in the ad.
How much are the caprisuns?
I found Eddie Bauer travel systems on clearance for 57.54 and 55.04. I used the 20% off Eddie Bauer Travel system coupon found on the registries when printed. I ended up paying 41.84 and no tax since it was no tax weekend for one and $43.73 for the other one!

For the Dannon? It was 40% Sunday only. Guess they decided to keep the offer, but change it to 20% now.
My local target has huggies slip on diapers super packs on clearances for $17.48 (originally $24.99). I printed out 2 x $3 off coupons from huggies.com. Purchase qualifies for $10 target gift card when you buy 2. Came out to $12.50 per super pack after coupons and gift card!! Quantities and sizes are limited.
