All the 81 Amazon reviews are from the last month which makes me wonder how legit they are. Any of you Hip 2 Savers try this coffee at all?

K-Cups are ridiculously over-priced. I can get a pound of whole bean Starbucks anytime for 8.99. At 0. 36 oz ground beans per cup, that single bag will make over 40 cups of decent coffee at 20 cents a cup… less than half the cost of this generic swill.

    Shop smart!

On sale you’ll pay around 35 cents a cup or even less, without the added cost of filters too. Oh that convenience of not having to clean yucky coffee grinds and having a cup in 30 seconds is priceless…….

Hi, I’m from Greater Goods, the maker of Rise Coffee. All of the reviews are new because this is a new item we’re launching. You can learn more about Rise Coffee here: https://youtu.be/07HUYE_O2-I. We hope you enjoy!

I haven’t tried this brand in particular but there is another company that packages them in a similar way ( San Francisco something I think ) and I love how they brew a cup. Most kcups taste so watery to me ( except maybe starbucks kcups) but i think more coffee taste gets through with these than traditional plastic kcups. This deal doesn’t quite meet my personal price point for cups but I look forward to trying these one day.

If you’re looking for something less watery and more bold try eight o’clock dark in the purple box. Also set brewer to strong and 6 oz. 😊

I have cups similar to this brand, the Rogers company ones, and it’s amazing, you actually see STEAM!!! Because the steam is not contained within plastic cups! I love these style but at 44 cents each, that’s just not a good enough deal for moi.

Thanks Jen! You’re right, our pods are very similar to San Francisco’s, but we’ve packed ours with a premium grade coffee, so we can’t price them as low as some k-cups out there.

We agree with your statement about taste though 😉

As you mentioned, traditional k-cups don’t extract as much flavor for scientific reasons I won’t get into here.

Cameron’s Coffee also comes like this. Brews great. Love the vanilla hazelnut.

if you really want great taste try CLUB Brands like Boyds, Copper Moon or Paramount coffees and REIGN teas. Soon to be certified as 100% compostable.
