Thinking about ordering some shoes for my daughter who’s 20 months for either Carters or OshKosh – does anyone have experience with the quality?
Got some carters boots last year, the zipper rubbed a big raw spot on my daughter’s leg after wearing for about an hour. They sent 7 pairs of various styles and an apology letter.

yes, I was shocked too! The customer service was truly stellar. The other pairs worked out great, it was just an issue that the zipper on the boot wasn’t properly stitched into the top of the boot so it pulled free and created a sharp friction point – probably unique to that style, and I would certainly order other styles from them, I’d just pay very close attention to zipper closures prior to putting them on her
