I bought one of the big boy jackets last year for my (then) 8 yr old. It held up very well and looks more expensive than $20 👍🏻. I’m in Ga so late fall/early winter a long sleeve shirt under it was sufficient. Once we got into the harsher temps I would put a sweater or sweatshirt under it. Never had a need for layering. Last year there was a 15% off coupon for in store purchase making final price $17. I bought one of each larger size that they had so I’m set for another 2 yrs!

I purchased one one for my daughter last year and it held up very well. I generally only put her in a sweater or a thermal underneath, unless sledding or spending long hours in the snow. Then we bulked up. It was definitely worth it to us for the price.

I’ve had a sales associate match an online macys.com price. It’s worth a shot to ask.
