Great news, the sample site is working properly now (desktop) & there are supposedly still samples available. Go thru the procedure again & if it gives you a duplicate screen (pink color) then you’ll know that your sample order was originally processed.
I keep getting errors when I try to submit the form even though everything is filled out 🙁

A question was not there for me either, then it appeared asking me 2+2 but then my submit button went away and enter did not work. I think I will have to skip this sample this time, but good luck to all of you!
Same here….maybe I should put “question” in the space provided, lol.
Someone posted to keep clicking on the link until you see the question below. It worked after 4 or 5 attempts. The questionnaire format changed, that’s when you see the question.
The form asks “To protect against fraudulent submissions, please answer the question below.” but there’s no question but there is a block for the answer? What is the question or what is the answer?

That is what happened to me too. I put 0 (zero) down for the requested answer, but then it just went to an error message ;o(
Instead of “answer the question”, it should read “complete the math equation” or at least show us an equals sign (=) – I had NO IDEA that “Five – one” was a “question”!!! Had to look it up on a forum (I read it more like a score “5 to 1”). Felt I shouldn’t then simply put 4, so put FOUR. Really poor development of this form…I’m sure it will greatly hinder this sample campaign!
For those of you having problems, are you doing this on a mobile device? It worked for me on my laptop with Firefox.

I got it to work but I’m not sure how. I got the same error as others when I first filled it out (and no question showed up that i was supoosed to answer at the end of the form) but when I hit the back button on my phone the same form popped up, but in a slightly different format, and this time it had the question you had to answer to prove you aren’t a robot or whatever. And then it would let me submit it. I guess we’ll see if the sample shows up in 2-3 weeks lol

They’re random simple math questions with different answers.
I just put in a number, gave me error, hit back button and question was there now, but had to re-enter all info.

I had to play with it over and over but eventually it worked. Remember to hit “ENTER” instead of clicking the submit button on the bottom. That’s what worked for me!

I reloaded the page as there was no question for mine as well, after reloading it was there. The question is different for every entry.
I hit the submit button on the mobile form also and nothing else happened, so I opened a new form and it did the same thing. But to answer Julie’s request, the question was different each time, so that wouldn’t help.

Mobile link just loads and loads and loads…. first link takes me to the form but like a lot of others there isn’t a question to answer. I tried putting in an answer and then going back but there still wasn’t a question. Oh well. Maybe it’ll work later. Thanks anyway.
I finally got the question to appear by constantly refreshing until I saw it. But then the submit button disappears (after I click it or hit enter on my keyboard) and then nothing happens. Don’t know if I got it or not. For those that got it, what happened or showed after you hit submit?
Just try to click the link again and again until you see the math in the box. That is what I tried, and I got it. HTH. Thank Colin.

I just now got one with no problem, worked on my 1st try! Got message that sample is on it’s way…..I used IE desktop!
Now I can’t get the question to appear at all. I’m on IE also. Oh well. Guess it just wasn’t meant to be.
internet explorer worked for me as well…after sloving the math problem i pressed “enter” instead of clicking the submit button….Product is on it’s way

Finally worked, as soon as you select the “Im over age 13..” press your Enter key then your equation question will pop up mine was an addition. Left it alone for a minute to another tab came back and a pop up was there saying I will receive my sample soon

It wouldn’t work for me last night using neither Firefox or Google Chrome. I tried again this morning and realized that yesterday it didn’t fill in the Country field. Now it gave me both the Country and the question to answer. Score! Thanks, Colin!
