   Really bummed… Tried to use surprise points today and it didn’t work and the cashier had no idea how it works or why they wouldn’t show up 🙁

  Mine never… I mean NEVER… work in the store. They can even check and see that I have points, but they can’t be redeemed. I know I’m meeting all the stipulations, too. It’s a bummer, but I’ve learned to just do them online. Just know ur not alone 🙂

  u r right.they never work for me too in the store.I always have to do online orders.and it’s always applied even on clearance.

   I used my rewards card yesterday and had no trouble…..it u try to redeem by them typing ur phone number it work right…the cashier told me if I use my card its a lot easier
