I received an email this morning from My JCPenney Rewards. It says “Welcome! Take 20% off with your first rewards perk”. I am not sure if I am receiving this instead of the $10 reward, or if the $10 rewards still has yet to come.
I never got the $10 off..it has been almost a week now…
