   I took the survey and after I hit submit, it says: An Error was Encountered. Site Error: Unable to Load Site Preferences; No Preferences Found, so I really don’t know if my survey was recorded.

   It must be overloaded. Took me several times to login and take the survey. Even with the error message, mine went through.
