I received one set today instead of the 2 I ordered, I paid $15 for 3 day shipping. I ordered oct 16, didn’t get it until today. And not to mention they did not ship it in a box, they used a plastic bag shipper so the box was half destroyed. I won’t even be able to use it as a gift. Soooo disappointed. I opened a case with PayPal requesting my shipping and the refund for the item I didn’t get back. I’ll never order from them again.

It’s totally crap. Don’t waste even 10$ on it. I had so much hopes from it. Damn its way too bad. Applied nail paint and didn’t put hands in water for 6 hours and then as soon as I washed hands it chipped off. Came out like a stick on layer. Too bad

I just got mine today. I did my nails and toes. I’ve used other kinds of gel nails kits before, and this one seems to be lower quality. My nails have already peeled off much worse than regular nail polish. I have not been impressed unfortunately.

I used it today. The polish is nice but i think the light is horrible. My nails still feel tacky- i have used others before so i know how this works. On my first hand i followed the directions and time (45 seconds) and it no where near worked. I had to hold them under the light for like 10 mins before i gave up. My other hand i tried curing each step for 3 mins each time and again still tacky. Im not impressed but the polish itself is better than most ive used.
I should add I tried this first with the polish they sell that needs the bonder and too cost separately. The ones that were on sale for 2.99
Top coat. Stupid auto correct.

I have a different set at home and any gel nail set will still feel tacky when you are done. Just take some rubbing alcohol and wipe off the tacky residue. it will take off the tackiness and make them shine. They should be completely cured so the rubbing alcohol won’t remove any polish. Hope it helps!

You have to wipe it with alcohol wipes to get the tacky off….you have to do that with all other lights as well.

I got mine yesterday. I love the light (better than the sally hansen one I got a couple years ago), but the polish does not adhere well to the nail. You’ll need a rougher buffing if you want it to stay put!
I got mine a couple days ago and tried it. It’s really good! Have to rough your nail up a bit before pitting on the polish to get it to adhere well. 2 thin coats is key… But WELL worth $10 in my opinion.

How do you get the gel polish OFF? Seems simple, but I trashed my nails in Aug trying to remove a gel polish… I apparently did something very wrong! Nails are still splitting badly from the damage I caused. Please advise. 🙂
Ruff your polish up really well with a course nail file first. Then soak a piece of cotton ball in acetone polish remover (it MUST be acetone or it won’t work) put it on your nail and wrap with a piece of aluminum foil. Allow to sit on the nail about 15 minutes. This should dissolve the polish and you can scrape it off with an orange wood stick. If not, repeat step until it’s dissolved. It is much harder to get off than regular nail polish. Good luck!

I bought the base & top coat & some gel colors when Collin posted about half off . I think the all in one polishes that come in this kit aren’t good. I think the light will be fine. There are some good reviews on their other regular polishes on you tube. I’m going to give the kit with some of the better polishes. I think $10 for the light itself is good. We’ll see.;)

The polish is SUPER thick and nasty. felt like I got the same results with the sally hansen gel polish which requires no light. sending mine back don’t waste your money.
Got mine over the weekend too. I STRONGLY suggest not to purchase this. I followed all directions and was super happy it turned out good until a day later when i noticed chips. I was paranoid because i cooked the night before noticing the chips, so i chipped the rest of it off with my other nails. It was super easy to chip off the other ones without the use of any tool. Im afraid this is one bad deal 🙁

I used mine today and it works great!!! Just follow the directions.. I let each coat cure for 2 mins. I didn’t have any sticky residue. 🙂 oh and an added bonus… It came with batteries:)
I just used this yesterday & it works great! I also have the professional creative nail shellac at home (I have my cosmetology license) & I think they are comparable. The key to it is to prep your nails with a product like scrub fresh from creative nail. It cleans the oil off & temporarily dehydrates the nail to make the product adhere better. Also the thinner the coats the better!
