   I remember seeing them frequently on hip2save last year. They were an awful company and many hip2savers complained about them. Every time I tried to take advantage of a cash back offer, they never had record of it and I always had to contact customer support to credit me. It took ages since they never responded to my inquiries. Totally not worth the headache! Just putting in my two cents. Hopefully others will have better luck and hopefully the company has improved!

  I’ve received about $153 in cashback from this company without every having an issue. Sometimes your computer’s settings (from antivirus or antimalware software or cookie settings) can prevent any of these cashback sites from effectively tracking your purchase, though…so I wouldn’t automatically assume it’s their fault 🙂 I love TCB!

  I’ve been using them for a couple of years and only had one issue and they corrected it quickly. I use them for some shopping since they have more cash back for some stores than the other rebate sites.

   My account says this is for New account holders only, just signed up, only way to get it if you already have an account is for someone else in your house to sign up. And from previous experience I have gotten all the ones I have done but they take a while to show up in you account. I know a lot of people had problems before not getting their credits for cash back.

   I did every cash back offer topcashback had last year and only had issues with the Virgin phone offer. Which was Virgins fault and topcashback made it right. I would not be afraid to do these offers. I scored free detergent, dog food, diapers, fabric softener and a Virgin phone.

    Today I went to target to go buy deep down he for 899 and supposedly you get one for free after cashback but unfortunately they told me that I did not get a free one I want to get one for 899 so this thing that I got going on where you buy one for 899 Downey and you get one free you do not get one once you place your order I don’t know where the free one comes from either from the safe program or target.com I don’t know where this free one comes from can somebody tell me because I think this is all lies

    Topcashback is great. I started using years ago in UK & now here in USA for 6 months. If cashback doesn’t track then make sure you have cookies enabled, failing that just send them a message. Cashback is never 100% guaranteed as it is down to the company you buy from not cashback sites so only buy it if it’s required. Saying that I’ve only ever had one problem in years with a mobile company.
