I have a question. I keep scoring surprise points in email or in account with sweepstakes but I really have no idea how to use them online?
Any usable regular points and surprise points will show up in your cart. It will show how many you can use for your purchase then when you go to check out, itll give you the option to use points. 1,000 points= $1! 🙂

I don’t think I got any points. When I did the scratch game it said I didn’t win and when I checked my surprise points there weren’t any there

I thought I got in too late. $3 is showing in my acct as surprise points. I’m glad I didn’t have to scratch to win them….the game wouldn’t load. I was answered the questions and got the $3 that way.
Finally got the scratch game to load…nada win thru the scratch part. Gonna try to use the code that is usually sent via email….and twitter extra scratch option too.

I didn’t receive any points either. Just the scratch-off, which I didn’t win. Has anyone else been having trouble receiving their $5 weekly fitness points? I haven’t gotten mine for the last two weeks now.

Ok i could use some insider info please…i just signed up for sywr a few days ago and have been winning instant win games but my points are not showing up in my acct, yet it says I only have 14 days to use them…how long does it typically take to see points in your acct?
From the sweeps I usually see them within 3 minutes…usually instantly. Others can take a few minutes but it’s usually not very long.
They should show up by now and they are your regular points not surprised points. When you open up syw, sears, or Kmart website and you are signed in it should show up in the right upper corner.
These doorbusters are always surprise points. If you have the app go to account then click on the membership and points arrow then you can view regular points and surprise points separately.
Surprise points I usually see in a few minutes. Points I’ve won in games sometimes take 24 hrs to show in my regular points
If you win points (not surprise points) they usually won’t show up until the next day or two. You have 14 days to redeem them after you receive them.
Thanks everyone! I finally found both my reward and surprise points in my account..they were just not listed under my points tab for some reason…they’re the same amount so it was confusing. Thanks for everyone’s input!

you will have bonus codes in your entry emails. You can use the code or post to Facebook or Twitter for a bonus chance. It can take a while for the won points to appear but they are awarded.

I found out because the sweeps is open only to the 48 continguous states….live in Hawaii. It knew this from my profile I guess.

I have been playing “Prizes a Plenty” daily and have also won quite a few times on it, along with the “Epic” one.
Same here by today i have 16.50 came to store and redeemed on water, plates, juice, napkins, bread, tuna, and other stuff and paid only 1.27
Do they ask you for a pin # when you try to redeem over $10 in points? I tried to use mine the other day and that guy said I could only redeem $10 at a time and refused to do separate transactions. I had my pin # with me. These were regular points and not surprise points. I hardly ever try in store with points anyways because they always say they’re not working, but I can order the same thing online and pick up. My local Kmart is awful. They don’t like it when I pick up my orders either.
Yes you need to setup pin to use points in store bc anyone can use your points with your phone number.
I have a pin #, but he said it didn’t matter.
If you use the app the pin is shown so you shouldn’t need to tell them anything because they can see it on your phone. I agree about the stores being a real pain but in store pick up is easier although very slow.
I, too, am doing all instant win sweeps daily. When Fit Studio reduced it points, I had a bad feeling. I am trying to stock up before the snow hits and if/when the points program ends.
What is the Fit Studio points? How do you do it?

Yes, extremely slow probably with heavy traffic. Took a lot of refreshes, but I finally was able to finish the polls and score the points
