   LOVE the one on the left! I am positive that book made my daughter the great reader she is today (she’s now 7). Babies are little sponges and these kinds of books are exactly what their little brains need!

   I was coming to say the same thing! I haven’t gotten out the 100 animals book yet, but my 18 month old LOVES the book on the right! It’s really helped to expand her vocabulary, and she knows so many words now.
   Now…if only I could get her to stop talking sometimes 😉

   Just double check the size before you order. I loved the big one and then bought a little one by accident because I was snagging a sale. The little ones are fine. But possibly not what you had in mind.

   WAs anyone concerned about the foam this book is made out of or is not made out of foam? The foam I’m talking about is polyurethane which I have read is a carcinogen, and since babies put everything in their moutjs, I was wondering if it is safe? I’ve already returned books with this type of foam

  I didn’t buy mine here, but we have the first words book and there’s no foam in our copy. Board book through and through…and a favorite for both my kids when they were little.
