I called customer service and she told me that that shipping code can only be used three times so I don’t know if I was after three other people had used it but with much argument she finally put the shipping through Free. My husband will love this.

I bought something last night, and the code i had didn’t work either, after “pleading” with customer service on chat, they offered me a one time courtesy free shipping. They are good about that, you just have to ask, and sometimes ask more than once, they’ll say no originally!
