Tami, look on the website for their 1-800 number and call customer service. They’ll make sure they have everything correct in their system and get you your coupons. Also check you spam filters 🙂

I have this same issue. I already have an account and have “signed up” for their email list countless times. (They aren’t on my blocked list and I have no email filters). I can’t figure out why I don’t receive them.
I never got emails from BBW or Victoria’s Secret no matter how many times I gave them my email. I finally made a Hotmail account just for these two stores. I get at least one email a day from each of them!

How long ago did you buy them, Casey? They do price adjustments up to a certain time period (I don’t recall if it’s two weeks or what). But call your local store and check with the manager, they should be able to let you know if they can do the price adjustment with the promo. 🙂

Does anyone know if the hand soaps will be cheaper than the current sale? I bought the lotions last Sat @ $3 a piece which was a great price. Now I’m hoping for another deal on hand soaps.
Hand soaps are currently 7/$24. With the 40% it makes them 2.05 each. This seems good to me, but will they go lower?

It all depends on what your ordering, if you really need the 40% off coupon. I took advantage of the $3 body lotions this weekend so I only need the shower gels to match. It was cheaper for me to use the code F151157 which gives you $10 off a $30 purchase PLUS a free signature item. I needed 7 shower gels, the signature items which are B3G3 free, plus the free signature item with the F151157 code. My total bill was 27.50 for 7 signature items, or 3.92 each. Had I used the 40% off code my total for 7 signature items would have been $50 for 7 signature items, or 7.14 each. If you needed 12 or more signature items, then the 40% off coupon would make it slightly cheaper at 3.75 each. Hope that helps.
