Does anyone have contact information for this rebate? I submitted for a rebate at the beginning of November and never received anything. I resubmitted the receipt, thinking something had gone wrong, and that was rejected because it had previously been approved and the gift card sent. I never got it and cannot find information on who to contact.
I submitted for this, got confirmation, got the “secret code” emailed for redemption & when I follow the link to redeem & enter code, it says my code is INVALID!!!!! I even copied & pasted! Ugh! I tried to find a way to contact someone & it basically just drove me insane! So if anyone does have info, PLEASE SHARE!!!!
When I click on the site about the rebate on the site at the very bottom there’s a FAQ link / page. Click on that and at the bottom of all the questions there’s a form to fill out for questions, says may take up to 3 business days for response. Have you tried that? Not sure if would work but the only place I saw a way to contact them off the site. Good luck :/

I am in the same boat! I am waiting on 3 rebates (3 different receipts) from October and November! I couldn’t find any contact info either.
I haven’t had any problems. I have done this two times and got my rebate fairly quickly in my email

I’ve submitted 3 receipts & received my $15 rebate the very next day. I purchased 6 bags of coffee & 3 VIA instant coffees. In the fine print it doesn’t mention the VIA refreshers, so I’m assuming those do not count. I submitted one receipt by email & 2 by text message. And it allowed me to transfer my rebates to my Starbucks app on my phone. Not sure if this matters, but I purchased the coffee & VIA’s from a grocery store. Hope this helps, happy holidays everyone!
I bought VIA instant for all of them. No refreshers. It says I got a GC but I can’t access it & now, the error message says “the page you are looking for cannot be found”

I had similar errors, take pictures of your receipt or applicable ‘proof’ and reference or write via your Starbucks account to report the problem. I did this and they were very nice and credited it directly to my Starbucks account.
I have submitted a number of rebates and have gotten my gc within a couple of days for each. I have submitted using the refresher and received the rebate.
How do they give you the gift card? Email? Text?
I have submitted for 3 rebates and I got them but they did take a very long time before I got the rebate email. Hopefully they are still just processing the rebates y’all are waiting for.
I have done the rebate twice and received the gift code the next day with no problems. Supplemented online both times. Both times was tazo tea products. Getting ready to submit for some Via’s I bought last week.
I also submitted my rebate on line with my iPad and received the rebate the next day.
