Once you sign into shoprunner it will take you back to your cart. There should be a place to enter it there.

Ha. In my younger years…I was rail thin thanks to high metabolism and genetics. I used to have people ask me (I worked retail) if I needed to eat or the like, probably assuming I had an eating disorder. It didn’t help that I was 5’11. It was during this time that I perfected my wicked awesome sarcasm to combat such negativity. 😉
I think some people miss the point that this figure is industry standard yet very few people in the real world actually look like this. Please Tommy, use models that are more representative of society!

I was chatting online with a representative as I was having trouble with the codes. The rep told me “Please note, any items purchased with EBCYBER50 will be final sale and not eligible for return.” Just FYI!

Try calling customer service. The service rep tried to tell me that the items were non-returnable, even though she conceded that the website does not disclose that the items were final sale. I asked to speak to the manager and said that Tommy Hilfiger cannot unilaterally change the terms of the transaction after the fact, since those are not the terms I agreed to. The manager agreed to make an exception to allow me to return the items.
Interesting. I didn’t see this noted anywhere. Pretty disappointing if it is the case as the two sweaters I bought are gifts. I’d rather go through the hassle of fighting for the return myself and not even giving the gift than saddling the gift recipients with a worthless gift if the return/gift receipt won’t be accepted.
Were you ordering any final sale items by chance? I successfully reordered some items that I already ordered a few days ago on Black Friday (since Tommy doesn’t do adjustments – you just have to reorder and return what you’ve got). I stack discounts all the time (i.e. Promo code and military discount, among others). All my confirmations messages as well as my invoice on the Tommy site indicate these items are eligible for return if necessary. Of course if you ordered final sale stuff, it’s final and would be noted on your invoice. This is not noted for me anywhere since they are normal, new items. Just thought I’d share.

Made a couple of orders. 1st two orders were with the 40% off stacked with 50%. Then decided to place 3rd order and no stackable code option with shop runner. I did however stack a college student discount (15% off) with the 40%. must be the perk of paying high college tuition…or not. LOL….I had so much fun buying the items…thanks Colin…I will be totally amazed if the order holds up. It was a very good deal!

Called them and they are not honoring both codes. They said the only code they are honoring is BFSALE and the shoprunner code EBCYBER50 they will not honor. They do not have a deal with shoprunner. Strangely though you can choose to use the EBCYBER50 code which will deduct 50% with free shipping, however according to them they will be canceling these orders? Just wanted to share what I found about but hopefully you all will be successful with your orders. All very confusing and complete waste of my time shopping for the last hour.

I got an email saying my order has shipped. I got it around 6 o’clock this morning.

I checked up on my order this morning. My order still has not been processed and items have not shipped since ordering on Sunday, and it seems as of this morning my credit card no longer has pending charges for that purchase (charges were previously noted as pending, now no longer appearing and were reversed). Although it still says “Pending” in Shoprunner and at Tommy.com, my guess is the order was cancelled. No big deal for me – this was actually a reorder of some items I bought at an already low price on Black Friday that I was going to return and repurchase at the lower price. Thought these stacked promo codes might be too good to be true.
