as long as your on a desktop you should be able to just put a promo code in push apply and then put the other code in and push apply and it should work. You can use up to 4 codes as long as only 1 is a % off
I’m looking at buying something for my grandmother that she really wants. She says it’s on sale until dec. 5. I want to wait until at least tomorrow hoping for some yes2u rewards. My question is how do you know when the codes change? when is there going to be a 30% off again?
Friends and family 25% off is the 2nd I think. But if it is something she wants, I would go ahead and get it since when you use your Kohls cash, you don’t get a discount really. Say you have $60 Kohls cash and whatever you buy is $70, they deduct the Kohls cash first and then only take the discount off of the remaining $10. So that extra small percent off, you may risk losing the time she wants if it sells out if that makes sense. And you don’t get the free shipping either unless you spend %25 over what your Kohls cash is. I wish I had remembered that, I didn’t use a bunch of Kohls cash last year because of this and I failed to remember that and bought items this year and now have over $75 that really isn’t worth using if I have to pay shipping and lose the discounts. Does anyone know if they do this in store too? I don’t have one near which is why I let them expire last year, but by the time I paid the shipping, the item I was buying wasn’t worth much more with the inflated price minus the kohls cash and no discount.

I new to kohl’s cash. If I put $50 dollars in clothes do I et the $10 back and 20%. Can I still use my $30 kohl’s cash toward this purchase? Or will it take the $10 off of 50away?
If you spend $50 it will take the $10 off ($50-10= $40)Then apply your Kohls Cash ($40-30= $10) Then apply the percent off ($10 -20%= $8)

I placed two orders about 2 hours apart. I got the first Kohl’s cash within the hour and the other one came the next day. I thought that was weird given how close the orders were placed.
I just noticed today that all your kohl’s cashis actually stored online on your account. Click the Kohl’s cash tab and a list of all the kohl’s cash you’ve earned is right there for you.
Check your junk inbox. Kohl’s cash comes from a different email address.

I had to return something and they put the entire total, including Kohl’s cash on a gift card. Not saying this will always happen, but I think since I paid with Kohl’s cash and a gift card that’s why it went on that way. I wouldn’t bank on it though. There’s been plenty of times I went to return a shirt only to find out after they subtracted Kohl’s cash and promo codes I was only getting like $3 back. I ended up keeping the items.

If the cashier rings it in as kohls cash, you will get the kohls cash back in the form of a gift card. The rest of the order will be refunded as a merchandise credit. However if the cashier is lazy and does not want to type in numbers (which happens when I bring in kohls cash from online orders and the bar code does not scan), they can type it in as a dollar off the transaction. In this case, when you return, you will effectively lose the kohls cash. Obviously if you buy something online with kohls cash, you will be the one typing in the numbers so it will ring up properly like kohls cash.
It will always say on the receipt….kohls cash or dollar off transaction. If you leave the store and it says dollar off, tell them to redo the order.
Oh…by the way, I work at Kohls and know how the register operates. 🙂
When I said gift card, I meant merchandise credit. When I said merchandise credit, I meant to say “whatever form of payment you used.” So if you bought something for 40 dollars and used 10 in kohls cash and 30 on your cc, you will get a merchandise credit of 10 and 30 will go back on your CC. Again, that is only if they rang it up correctly.
Leslie, can you ask for merchandise credit if you don’t want to lose the Kohl’s cash value when you return some items?

FYI to those who have kohls cash. They don’t expire when they say they do. It is now an unwritten company policy to accept them for at least a month after the expiration date!
I think it’s completely up to the manager… Which is why the policy is ‘unwritten.’
