   If anyone is scared to buy a refurbished one don’t be. I bought my kitchen aid professional mixer on eBay refurbished, and it’s still running well after 10 years.

   I bought this one brand new. It went back. Very loud. Seems the Keurig machine clog a lot too. I’ve gone through 2 and so has my mom

   I’ve had this exact model for probably 3 years now and it’s amazing! I did get mine brand new (not refurbished) but it has never given me any problems. I’ve only descaled once and use tap water all the time.

  Yes. When I ordered mine, it came with a refillable “My Kup” which stores in a compartment in the side of the Keurig. (I also bought an extra My Kup because I wasn’t sure it would come with it.) I love mine. I bought one for me and one for my mother-in-law (both refurbished) a couple of months ago and we both love them.

   Picked one up. Love Cusinart quality and our Keurig needs to be replaced so I hope this one will last. It looks amazing and I know last time you posted a deal about this many Hip2Savers had purchased and were happy with them!

    i bought this machine new, and it came with a 5 year warranty. I had it about 2 years before it would no longer work. I sent it back and they sent me a new one. That one lasted about 2 years also. I loved it though. I actually like it better than the Keurig Office Pro I have now because it has more water size choices. It also has a separate button for just brewing water and i love the large holding tank. I got the Keurig because I got it half price, otherwise I would have purchased another of these!
