Is there a reason why this is not working for me? I signed up for the emails, created an account, tried to checkout with the item you mentioned with the promo code you listed, and it keeps saying NEWFRIEND can currently not be added to your cart. Am I missing something???

It let me add the code but the size was wrong and when I fixed the size it wouldn’t let me put in the code anymore.

They will place your order over the phone and apply the code. However, if you are trying to order an item number that starts with a 1 they can not place the order because the items can only be ordered online. Of course I picked an item that started with a 1.
