I keep not doing these 100% back in points offers because I wouldn’t normally shop Kmart/Sears except for the surprise points so I figured I wouldn’t use the points you earn back. BUT I just had a thought. Can you roll the points you earn from say this deal into the next 100% back deal that comes up and so on? If so I may consider doing these when they come up.

As long as you pay for a portion of it, you still get points. If pay fully in points you won’t get points back.
As long as they come back ad regular points yes. If they come back as surprise points they may not. This is the first time I have done one of these 100% back.

Does it take a while to get the points? I placed and order and they haven’t shown up.
The points usually show up after the order is processed. If it’s being delivered, they show up after its shipped. If you’re picking it up, its after the order is ready.
I called and asked when I didn’t get points. I was told I would have points in my account for the garden sprayer today (the 13th) and they could be used on anything. But, the Kmart pj points are not set to arrive/be usable until 12/20-1/2 and then can only be used for sleepwear purchases thru Kmart. So be careful since some points appear to be for very specific uses and time frames.
No way! The rep told you the pj points could only be used on sleepwear? That stinks, I don’t think I need $50 more worth of pjs!

That’s incorrect. They will be regular points valid on anything. Surprise points can be specific to departments, i.e. shoes or sleepwear. Regular points can not. Obviously they have ill-informed customer reps.
I ordered a fire tablet, and like Tiffany said, the points showed after I got the email send my item is ready to pick up in-store.
When do the points expire?
It looks like I earned some base points too. The base points expire December 31, the bonus points expire March 31, 2016.

I ordered the tripod which is supposed to be 100% back in points and I haven’t gotten them. It’s hard to trust Kmart and Sears because half the time they don’t give you what they say they’re going to give you (I didn’t use points to buy it either). Hoping I can cancel the order.

I tried to buy the PNY portable chargers from Kmart but the 100% points deal advertised by Kmart didn’t work. The Chargers cost $2-4 more on Sears, but the points deal did work there.

I am trying to buy one of the camera’s that give back 50% in points. So I should be able to pay half of the cost (before tax) with points and half the price with cash, and still get 50% back in points right? It’s not working for me.
So I’ve found that to take advantage of these deals, you have to be a ShopYourWay member and be logged in when you purchase…otherwise just buying these items doesn’t get you anything back. If you don’t get your points, I’ve found that ShopYourWay customer service is actually quite nice if you email them about your problem (info@shopyourwayrewards.com) and they’ll usually manually credit your points back. I’ve never had an issue with them refusing to give me my points; you just have to come at them armed with screenshots/proof of order lol

Make sure it is the brand stated, also I found the if it is supplied by sears (as opposed to a secondary company). When in doubt, add it to your cart, and that will show for sure. I ended up getting one of the ones pictured. Also found others that had 50% points back. Good luck!

Same for me. At checkout it says I will get $2 rewards for TV stand instead of $199.99. I made sure to log in to my account, and I made sure that the item is sold by Sears and it does advertise 100% back in rewards. I also put a portable power pack in my cart, and it does show that I will receive 100% back. Sears is so frustrating!

Just to experiment, I tried putting all 9 Tech Craft TV stands advertised in my cart. The 5 stands that are advertised to receive 50% rewards work when placed in my cart, but the 4 that are advertised to receive 100% rewards do not work when placed in my cart.
Update: I ordered a TV stand advertised as 100% back in points on Sunday. As of Tuesday, I have only received the base points and not the bonus points. So I called Shop Your Way customer service and was told that they could not find the deal. I mentioned that I had taken a screen shot of the deal, and they told me to email it to info@shopyourwayrewards.com. He said it should not be a problem to receive my points once they verify the screen shot of the deal. He told me it may take 4-5 days to receive points. We will see…
Same thing happened to me, I sent a screen shot and they still said they the offers were always ‘subject to approval’….sent them another email. Let us know how yours turned out if you get a chance.
Just to let you know how MY story turned out….lol…..after 2 emails and 2 phone calls, they are firm that the 100% points back was a “display error” and should have been for electronics only, not for tv stands. I had an email that said $209.99 in points pending and also a screenshot that said I earned 209.99, but they would not budge. It was a display error and they would not honor it. So, now I have a tv stand waiting at my local SEARS that I need to call them and have it cancel. 🙁 Can’t complain, I have gotten so many great SYW deals this Christmas season!

They make it unclear. I feel ya. Go to Kmart.com. Sign in there using whatever log in you have for Shopyourway.com. Select your item(s) that fit the stipulations of the offer and start the checkout process. Once you get to the payment step it is supposed to deduct in points on that page. It will say specifically what points it’s using, like 700 surprise points, and you will be left to pay the remaining balance assuming the $7 in surprise points is all you have.

There are tons of items at 100% points … Got a power pack (a purple one) and a monkey tail flash drive. Then was able to use my points to get what I needed – power strips and toilet bowl cleaner. (Kmart has the two packs on sale for $3.79!!) with points I paid $1.23 for 4 toilet cleansers and 2 power strips. Only paid $12 something OOP on the first order. Worth it to play around with the options.
