I just got an email from sears with $9 off a $9 clothing purchase from Sears! I scored an awesome shirt for my husband for around $2.88 when I chose free in-store pick up! 🙂

Not always the case! I shop at kmart frequently and never get free points. The best I’ve gotten is $7 off $35.
I found that is my case too. The more you buy, the less they give you. Ive gotten rocks (nothing) for the last several months. Ha. I shop there bi weekly.

I got a $10 off of $10+ clothing purchase. I really want to try to learn how to use Kmart’s SYW system and gain benefit from it, but they drive.me.nuts. The store that’s 5 mile away from me says they have stock of everything I order and no matter what I do they end up canceling the order as “out of stock.” This has happened the last SIX orders I’ve placed.) I finally used my points at a store 20 miles away and they actually filled my order! But I’m not going to drive down there often. So, maybe I won’t learn Kmart. haha Frustrating.
If you shop via the app while in the store (you just use your phone while in the store or parking lot) it gives you free shipping. If the store is very close to you, you could consider sitting in the parking lot (or walking into the store if need be) and placing your order to be shipped to you. HTH
No way! That is too cool! 😀 Is it the Sears, Kmart or Shop Your Way app that you use to order in store for free shipping? Also, is it okay if you use your own data or do you need to be on the store’s wifi or something like that? This would be so convenient because my pick up center screws up or loses every order. Also, the last time I used the in-store customer computer thing a sales associate was very rude to me for using it. I made two purchases and only took 5 min so I’m not sure why he was so annoyed especially because that is what those computers are for. 🙁 Love all the points but hate the hassle of dealing with my local Sears associates.

I love these free points! In the last couple of weeks, I have gotten two bath towels, a cami, three pairs of underwear, and 6 pairs of socks…….all for free! I just select “pick up in store” so I don’t have to pay shipping either.

No surprise points for me but $15.82 mysteriously appeared in the total of my regular points and I have no idea why. I check the account all the time and all the bonus points from stuff I bought was all accounted for.

If you sign up for Shop Your Way Max you get free shipping. I’ve never had to pay for it and they keep extending the time period on it.

It gave me 15 off any shoe purchase surprise points but they don’t get taken off at checkout. What do I have to do I’ve never used surprise points before.
I generally tell them I have surprise points to use and they look it up at the register.

Since I switched to you as my personal shopper I’ve gotten worse surprise points. Any idea why?
I don’t think it’s because Collin is you Personal Shopper, maybe just one of those things. Personally I think they lure you in with these amazing surprise points when you are new to syw, and when you are hooked, they don’t give you as many LOL. I have ZERO surprise points right now but still love me some syw:)
What’s really strange is I got an email saying that I had $11 in surprise points off an $11 to spend at Sears and when I log into my account all it shows is $7 off $100. And it’s supposed to be good until Jan 3. Hmmm…. has anyone else had this issue?
I had same issue last year. Called them but was told they cant check but forward the email to them. so i did n got mine. most of the time when i put qualified item in cart, it showed up. HTH

Really irks me I can’t use a points coupon with a dollar off coupon. Would have done well with 10$ off 25 and 8$ surprise points. I am spoiled by kohls

Help!!!!!! I have $10 off Kmart women’s footwear in surprise points that expire today. Everything I put in my cart is not eligible. I have tried Kmart shoes, slippers and socks. Does anyone have any idea what I can buy with this? Thanks for your help!!!

If you have the option to pick up in a local store, that is about the only thing that has ever worked for me! I just got 8 prs of the toddler pjs for $20.62!! Not as good as the 32 cents other are finding etc, but I’ll take it for the next couple seasons of jammies. Have to drive across town to pick them up, since they wont ship. For that price, I will drive and go “fetch” them. HAha. Good luck!
