   These socks are amazing for runners. It has arch support and special padding in the heel that prevents rubbing. I used them when I was training for my half marathon.

    I had one black pair i wash and rewear ever single weekend for 2 years and i lost one of the sox…they were the best pair i had for work….so sad😞😒😭dont lose one of them if u get a pair!!!!!! Lol
