Can someone walk me through this? To me, it seems like you would still pay sixty-five cents. They are half off and then BOGO. So you would get two for sixty -five cents, right?

I think it’s going to depend on how the coupon scans, and also the cashier. The coupon has a max value of $1.59, so if it’s coded to automatically deduct the highest value AND if the cashier doesn’t manually adjust it, then it could be a moneymaker? But if it’s like many BOGO coupons, which are coded to prompt the cashier to enter the price paid, and the cashier enters the price with the 50% off…or if the coupon is coded to automatically deduct the actual rung-up price…then you might be paying 65 cents total for both. That assumes you give the coupon AFTER the Cartwheel; in this case it might be better to do Cartwheel last? Still deliberating the logistics. I think this is a YMMV…but even in the worst-case scenario, it’s a great deal for organic yogurt.

It doesn’t matter when CW is scanned, it is independent from manuf coupons. At one time the register got stuck if it was scanned first. I prefer to have it scanned after all coupons though. So giving the BOGO first, the register will take off for the 2nd item (and depending on how the coupon is coded, could possibly auto-deduct the full value of the coupon at $1.59). But let’s just go with $1.29 off. Then CW is scanned, taking off $0.65 for each item so $1.29 – $0.65 = $0.64 x 2 = $1.28 less BOGO coupon $1.29 = FREE. I would def have other items in my transaction *should* the coupon auto $1.59 giving overage.

Will this deal work at a regular Target?

    • GA

If they sell this item. Usually only Super Targets will.

    • Tera B

The Cartwheel does say, “SuperTarget only,” which probably means it’s only carried at SuperTargets.
