My husband just switched to these from the powder/pitcher kind. He says these taste WAY better. He lost 6 lbs this week. He replaces breakfast and lunch and has a normal dinner. It keeps him going and full all day long.

It’s a nutritional supplement. Meaning it’s in addition to your normal diet. The name is a tongue in cheek kind of thing, meant to get people talking about the product. And it’s works. 😉 I’m definitely trying!
