Worse company ever.
Same thing happened to me! I ordered 4 items for store pick-up. When I didn’t receive an email notifying me my order was ready the next day, I checked on their website and all items were cancelled. No explanation, no email notification!
Customer service said it was due to lack of inventory and when I argued the website still reflected they had all the items, she said they were trying to fix it. 3 of the items are STILL showing available for in-store pick-up now (over a week later) even though Ive confirmed they are not.
Extremely frustrating and poor customer service all around. An email notification and explanation for the cancellation would’ve gone a long way.
I ordered my husband a Nike hat and gloves set for 9.99 and the North Face beanie for myself for 4.99. Just remember that Finish Line charges crazy amounts for shipping. The shipping goes up the more items you add to your cart. Shipping for those 2 items was 9.98!

Craziest thing about Finish Line…their shipping is outrageous, and since the last deal was so good, I ordered anyway. Turns out that they ship every single thing by itself. I ordered eleven items, and currently have ten different UPS tracking numbers, and the other item hasn’t shipped yet. CRAZY!!

Yes, the shipping is high. My husband needs a beanie for his head. (he works outdoors-year round.) we have been looking for a good one. they are about $20+ each for the kind that he needs. Found one style in the $4.99 section! was going to buy 4, but with the shipping being higher, I stuck with 2 beanies. Out the door with spending just under $20. #thankful

Doesn’t look like shipping is free to a store, only that if the store has the item they will hold it for you. Was going to buy a hat but will pass- not paying that much for shipping!
I just got off the phone and placed my order with a great customer service rep. I had clicked on one of those random fb video links, and I had an “ad choice” ad come up for finish line that said Free Shipping on $50 order. I popped up a chat with customer service and they said I would have to call in to have that honored. I called in and ordered 9 of the UA hoodies for both boys and girls that are on sale. Check out their clearance/sale department there are mens and womens UA items under $25 as well. He said he couldn’t technically honor the $15 off $150 code, but since I added 3 items to get to that he would go back and refund the $15 for me. I haven’t seen this credit yet, but I am watching for it. Just a thought for those not wanting to pay their crazy shipping! I think shipping would have been $30 for me! Yikes!
I ordered 3 items, and in the checkout process, I kept getting a message that my home address was a commercial address which tacked $2 additional dollars onto shipping, I called their customer care line to get this fixed, and the representative ended up taking my order over the phone and not charging me any shipping at all!

Funny, UPS just dropped off a finish line shipment at my door. Yes, their shipping is terribly expensive. My husband likes their shoes though. We were going to order a $15 tshirt on the order but adding one tshirt increased the shipping from $12 to $23!!! You’d think they would offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount. I can’t figure out the logic on their shipping rates for the life of me. And yes the order came in 2 boxes for two pairs of shoes and two sweatshirts. Not economical.
