This coupon actually prints with the words “Save $.40 on one new Kellogg’s Pop-Tarts toaster pastries Frosted Chocolatey Caramel.” So it will not work. If you use 850 points, you could get a coupon for $1 off and then it would be free.

Sooo sick of Kellogg’s point ordeal. I have lost points twice! on that site. Once I had over 1,400 pts and the other more recently, 9,488 pts!
I am also so annoyed. I am very unmotivated to do the points now that the system has changed. It’s unfortunate because it was so easy to just text the number from the box!
Their points/rewards system is by far the worst & they just made it more of a hassle. I’ve given up. FAR too much hassle for the piddly rewards they dole out.

I agree with you both! My Mom lost thousands of points (for inactivity?) and also I DISLIKE not entering codes manually! Also I ordered a coupon to be mailed (using points) and it never, ever, came! Such a pain to get good customer care at Kellogg’s for a simple coupon!

Same here! I keep having problems with them issuing the wrong amount of points for what I purchased. It seems to be a problem determining size from the receipt and I am always shorted points. It’s a hassle contacting customer service over and over to rectify the problem.
