Has anyone ordered from this site? Just wondering if it is a legit site to try.
It’s legit. I only have 2 issues with them. First, it took more than a week to get my order. Secondly, the entire week I was waiting for my package I had been talking up my 2 year old about her new nightlight that was on order, in hopes of bringing her sleep regression to a close. Package arrived and guess what? No nightlight. I did get a “we’re sorry but we ran out” handwritten note and eventually a credit was added to my credit card. My issue here was that every other company I have ever ordered from has sent me an email letting me know a product was unavailable prior to shipment. Had I known this was how they did business, I would have never told my daughter about her gift. And I would have gone out and found a cheap nightlight. Now, I’m out an obscene amount of cash because she had to have a MInnie Mouse one since I had talked it up. Lesson learned. Never tell a 2 year old anything, and don’t expect to get what you ordered.
That happened to me with an item I ordered from Gymboree! No notification or anything, on the packaging slip it just said “canceled” beside the item and I checked my bank account and I had received a credit for that item. They never said anything to me or anything! I don’t like that!
Sorry about your experience. Thank you for letting others know. I wanted to let you know though that dollar tree sells a mini mouse night light as well as other Disney night lights.
Don’t make a promise to a 5-year old either. LOL Pottery Barn Kids strung us along for over 3 weeks for a backpack that was allegedly on backorder (found out after I placed the order). It had taken upwards of a week for him to carefully choose juuuuust the right one when we placed the order. My son had an epic meltdown when they finally cancelled the order. I was sure to call customer service during the meltdown to see if they could find one in a store to ship. The CSR could barely hear me & I wasn’t even in the same room as my son. “Oh, that’s my son expressing his feelings about the order being cancelled.” 😳
Yep, site is legit. No problems except for a little slower shipping. Took over a week to get my order. No big deal though. 🙂

Know your prices before ordering. As someone said, a lot of the stuff is Dollar Store type stuff and selling for more than a dollar and there are several items I’ve purchased for much less at Kroger!

I placed an order last week and never received any confirmation or email from company. Hopefully it arrives. They definitely run a strange business but I got good deals on shopkins stuff. Fivebelow had most of the same items for same price.
