They say Paleo on the wrapper so I went ahead and ordered a sample without looking at the ingredients. They are not Paleo for anyone who wants to know. Whey is dairy. Otherwise the ingredients look great if you don’t have food allergies.
Ahhhh!!! Dang it. I’m gluten free but can’t do whey either because of similar reactions. The proteins are very similar. Took me a while to figure that out. For any one else who has trouble with gluten. :/
Depends on the flavor if it has whey, not all the wrappers say Palo.

My bar came today and the mailman tried to collect postage from me as it was not mailed with sufficient postage. That is the shadiest thing I have ever seen! I refused delivery!
