We have been getting these for years. Just recently the last 2 purchases we have made, we noticed a difference in the level of softness. Think it has a lot less ‘lotion’ in it now. Same with our Charmins TP paper , the width of the rolls has shrunken. It used to be close to filling the holder, but now there’s like a good 1 1/2″ space in it. Same goes for Bounty, it used to fit to the top of my dispenser, now it’s a good inch shorter. I hate how large companies are cutting corners while the prices still remain the same. 😧
