Sous vide cooking is used in so many professional (restaurant) kitchens. We own this exact model & it is amazing. You can not over or under cook your meat, it’s perfect every time. This is a fantastic price.

Cooking in a plastic bag? I’m not knocking the taste, just the method. Not a fan at all.

  11. Kim

Eek I just bought. If it’s not worth the price, I can always return it, right!? Anyone know any good sous vide recipes, blogs or cookbooks?

  12. Sarah

We have one and cook in glass jars. We put in the meat, fill with water til the meat is covered and put a lid and ring on. Perfect every time!
