    Hopefully Best Buy is more careful with shipping. We got our tv in from the sale a couple weeks ago on Ebay and the tv was damaged. Contacted both UPS and the seller Adorama and neither have responded. 🙁

    We had a damaged TV delivered by them a few weeks ago (Best Buy). They were good about replacing.
