I realy hope they extend this. This is awesome. I always thought mom’s with kids in the car would do anything not to have to unbundled and load and haul… whisk it was by me. Closest is like 2hrs away

  2. harro

What if you don’t have a car… but don’t want to shop and want to use this? Can I still do that?

Curbside pickup is a great idea! A nice variation on a drive-thru type window pick-up. Actually even better because u don’t have to wait– your items will be ready! Just got my $20 credit thru email. 🙂

      Sweet!

  4. Angela

I just tried this the other day! Using your cell location they know you’re arriving so they come right out! And you get a cute reusable bag too

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Oh awesome! Thanks for sharing your experience Angela!

  5. Mommy

Mine shows 39 miles away 😕
But my closest target is about 7mins away too bad.

Did this in Warrenville, IL. Got $20 free stuff (2 deodorant, 3 Chapstick, 2 light bulbs, 6 boxes of tissue) all at exact shelf prices with no markups. My daughter is notorious for not being a good Target shopper so I loved pulling into the spot and then coming out with my stuff (in a free reusable bag to boot!) in a minute. Seriously it was so fast. Only downsides is no coupons and no Cartwheel, but for items you need that you don’t have either for and don’t want to deal with spending too much in store or have a napping kid in the car, this is so great. All things I would’ve bought anyway without coupons and at same price I would pay grabbing them from the shelves myself. Personal shopper! 😀 Just hope they expand to my closer Target!

so this is only in a few select states?none in texas though 🙁

  8. Missy

Hmm I signed up but didn’t get a $20 promo code in the email. I got a code for $10 for me if a friend signs up.

    • Dam

      Yup same thing for me😏

      • Jenn's $tockpile

When you download and verify you get a message that pops up and says you have a $20 credit. At least that’s what happened to me.

Thank you. Perfect for when I’m being extra lazy or don’t feel like being tempted by all their aisles.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re welcome Julia!

  10. Dan

Does anyone know how long the codes are good for?

  11. AJ

Can we use our coupons, CartWheel or ExtraBucks?

Sounds like something I’d like to try once.

  12. Stephanie

Geez society has become so lazy!!! it really is not hard to get out of the car and go into the store. Yes I have kids, and yes my husband is an over the road trucker so he is gone 5 days a week BUT I can still get it done.

    • Brittany

They are probably trying to compete with online shopping. For lots of people this is just a convenience so they have more time to do other things.

    • j

Sometimes it may be a really useful service. Like when I had a 3 y/o, a 1 y/o, and 7 months pregnant in 105° heat. I hated reaching over and unbuckling kids with my prego belly in that heat to go buy groceries. I would have paid for this service.

    • Susie

I think this is awesome. My mother is in her 70’s and has mobility issues. A neighbor is in his 30’s but also has mobility issues due to a stroke. Curbside is a HUGE help to both.

    • GA

Judge much? I suppose SOME ppl would use this to be lazy but I can think of many people that NEED this. My grandparents can only be on their feet for about 10 minutes at a time due to medical reasons so shopping is a chore and they don’t know enough or trust the internet enough to shop online. Judgmental, rude ppl like you are what’s wrong with society.

    • Leanna

I can definitely see this as useful for the elderly, people with limited mobility, and parents.

But you can go ahead and judge people for being lazy and make your own life more difficult. Shoot, I’ll be over here ordering my groceries from work and not having to worry about spending 5 hours in Target distracted by pretty stationary when I really just went to pick up cereal.

      • mama

Only elderly people who have smartphones can use this. That is if elderly people (and poor people for that matter) can afford smartphones. It does not work with regular non-smart phones.

    • amber

Try going to the store with infant twins. Where do you put the groceries? Also what if someone is sick? Should you spread your germs to everyone or use curbside?

  13. Pharmchick

Curbside is good but not without flaws. I’ve been using it since my area was in the pilot area. The people getting your order are regular target employees at customer service so if cs has a long line then you’ll wait a while. I’ve had to go in to pick up my order several times. You can’t use target gc to pay not can you use any coupons. Also they don’t have everything target carries or even everything your store carries. They have a lot but not everything. For ex Maybe 2 flavors of chips ahoy but not all 10 that the store has. And they don’t let you get any perishable food though the app, just things like pasta, cookies canned veggies rice, non perishable things.
That said they sometimes release 10/20 coupons and I like using them then to get the little discount. Otherwise I prefer to go in and shop

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks so much for your review! Good to know!

  16. jack

Use promo code WEQGX (@ claim promotion tab) to GET $25 OFF at Target.+ FREE #Curbside pickup. limited time only
Please be advice this campaign is targeted for specific area and new customers.

    • Krystle Anne

Tried to use that code and it said I get $10 instead of $25 off and now I can’t go back and use the $20 that Collin posted about instead. Real shady

  17. mimi

I’m having a lot of trouble with this nothing is loading on my app…. no 20 dollars bo nothing anyone else have this problem? I’m in NC I’m not sure if that is the reason why?

    • GA

Because it’s select stores in select states and I don’t think NC is one of them. At last according to the post it isn’t.

  18. Megan

CVS only ever has one cashier and one manager working at a time…I don’t see how they will be able to do this.

  19. Kelbob31

Just got a case of diapers for tax!! Thanks team!!

  20. Rj

Meijer has also been offering this in select markets–It’s been free in Ohio for the last month and has offered coupons for ongoing free deliveries, without the coupon it’s 4.95 per order

  21. sara

I downloaded the app & when I was looking for the stores, the nearest Target store it was showing was 35 miles away from my place, No CVS in chicagoland area is offering this service so far. So I decided not to travel 35 miles to get my $20 coupon code. I feel bad 🙁

  22. Tran

use code SRXEG for $10 off $20 for first time users CVS Curbside
