Walmart had coupons on their evol products earlier today for $2 off any one product!

The egg white sandwich with goat cheese and kale is very, very good. Also it is only a 150 calories!

I went to Target earlier and tried to use both coupons but the cashier said they won’t take the coupons. I had a cart full of items, my 11 month old and my 7 year old talking to me with a line building up behind me so I didn’t want to make a rant about it so I just bought them both without using coupons. I’m not sure why she wouldn’t take either coupon, I had the single chicken tikka masala meal and the noodle family meal package. When I got home I saw both had the “available at Walmart” on them so I’m not sure if she thought I had to use them there. Very frustrating.. What do you do in that situation? Pull out the items from bag and make them look at item(s)? I’m not sure she even tried scanning the coupons.

Alexis, write to corporate. I had this very same issue at Target a few weeks ago. I had an awful cashier who claimed my coupons, because they were printed, were fake. She refused to take them and when I said I wanted to cancel the transaction, she became sarcastic because I was doing this over “what, like $5 in coupons?”. I went to a different Target and had no problem, and my savings were over $20 after my coupons. Cashiers like that should be reported because they ruin the experience of shopping in the store. Granted, corporates response wasn’t great either (they said cashiers could refuse coupons if they want), they did say they would supposedly be speaking with that location. Can’t say I’ll be returning to Target anytime soon though.

Thanks for your response. It’s very frustrating. I’m sure if she would have scanned them they would have went through. As much as I love shopping at Target, I may have to go elsewhere when using coupons. Thanks, I’ll try sending a message to corporate.
