AGREE! But there are some good deals on other items (toys mainly) I have already made two orders and although shipping is slow (prob two weeks) who cares.. It’s free! I’m stocking the gift closet!
I agree. .it takes about two weeks to get an order, but great deals on name brand toys for the gift closet can’t be beat! I love this new company.

I ordered from Hollar and was very impressed. The Glow Pet that I scored for $2 retails at over $20 elsewhere. There are a number of other good deals on the site. Shipping does take a while, but it’s free so no complaints!
Online says limit of 1 pillow pet, but I don’t see limit on the app. I placed order for more than 1 through the app. Has anyone had their order canceled or changed because of ordering more than 1?
I placed order 2/11 and still don’t have my products. Plus, after the items said shipped, I got an email that two of the items were no longer in stock. So, don’t count on getting what you order! I will not go through the hassle again and they still haven’t refunded the money through PayPal yet (must take days). Not a good company in my opinion!

Ditto on slow shipping- but again, I’m ordering things I’m not in a hurry for. The company sent an e-mail apologizing for the slow service (they’re growing and trying to adjust)
I ordered from them earlier this month when you posted about the fisher price and Melissa and Doug items. I still haven’t received my items. But I did get a shipping confirmation and then was told days later that 4 out of the 6 items that I had ordered were out of stock! Odd since supposedly my shipment was already in the mail. They are giving me a $2 credit for the inconvenience. I don’t think I have had such bad customer service in years!
I placed an order on 2/9 and received it 2 days ago. I had an error with my order but great customer service!! I emailed them and I received 2 different sizes in the clothing items I ordered so they are sending me the correct ones. Don’t have to return other product and go through any hassle to get what I ordered. I had two plate sets one was great but the packaging on the other was damaged and didn’t look presentable and since it was out of stock they refunded my pay pal immediately. Overall I liked the items I got and my issues were corrected it did take almost 24 hrs to get an email response but it was easy they corrected things right away. I felt they handle it well and I will continue to order from them because I know if something is wrong they will take care of it and it makes me feel at ease.
