this is a bit off topic BUT.. has anyone been “hung up” on by kohls online customer service? i was just talking to them asking for help to find an item under 10$ that was ALSO available for in store pick up and they kinda hung up on me. this was the end of our conversation:

Were you speaking with an American? I have had Kohls call me 3 times in one aski ng for an address bc one never showed up online to send my items too. So I caked back and the last couldn’t understand what I was saying. Maybe that was the case!
I’m not getting free shipping on the app…yes I have over $75…thoughts?
$75 after all promos have been applied? Also before taxes. The app is just free shipping if you are in store connected to kohls wifi.
How does the free shipping on the app work? I have been in the store twice in the past week on their wifi and still the app showed a shipping cost. And the kiosk only takes 2 codes and I wanted to use more than that.
I’ve never done it before, but I read that other posters said their wifi- but if that didn’t work, then I know the app asks if you want to turn on location services, so maybe it waives it if it sees you are located in the store?
I’ve seen others post that before also. That’s a good idea about the location services. I will try that next time and see if that works. Thanks for the idea!
I couldn’t get the free shipping on the app to work either. I wa connected to the store’s wifi and everything. The first time Inused the phone in the customer service department and called Kohls.com customer service. They were able to pull up my shopping cart from the app and complete the order for me with all of my promo codes and they have me free shipping. The second time I placed the order in the app and then immediately called customer service and they adjusted the order so that shipping was free. It’s a pain, I wish it worked like it’s supposed to but it was worth the work!
In my experiece, I have always had to have the location on.
Do these come in 18 month sizes?

Could not get it to work had to have $60 in first. Before I could use the 2 $10 off codes. But found some nice bowls for my boys.

Surprised it let you combine. In the fine print it says cannot be combined with another 10 off 30
You have to buy around $41-$43 to apply the 3 coupons. That way when you apply the first one, it goes down to $31 and you qualify for the other $10 off/30 coupon. And by the end the 15% is applied.
Is there free shipping for cardholders?
I won’t let me use the two 10 off 30 coupons together for the t shirts. Am I doing something wrong or did it change since yesterday?
