  I found this in this is the Terms for the Dominos offer.
  “For qualifying purchases, a promotional credit of $10 (“Promo Credit”) will be sent within five (5) days to the email address associated with the Amazon.com account used to purchase the GC and the benefit redemption code will be automatically credited to the customer account associated with the Amazon.com account used to purchase the GC.”
  So I would wait the 5 days at least then contact about it if you hadn’t gotten it.
