How can I get the CvS app with my iPhone 5 that i haven’t updated (or whatever its called)?? I’m not a fan of updating because I may lose pics etc. I’ve heard good and not good stories. Plus I don’t know how to even do it lol😜😜😜
Just go to the App Store and look or the cvs app there. I’ve never had issues putting an app on my phone without upgrading my phone.
As long as the current version of your phone is compatible with the CVS app, then you can download it.
I have an android phone, I assume iphone works the same with the apps? My most important apps, I just have them automatically update (like ibotta, CVS, Cartwheel, etc), and I get a notification when it does and whenever the other less important apps need updating, I can decide if I want to or not. My Galaxy S6 doesn’t require a backup, I haven’t lost anything whenever I update, but I think apple requires you to backup to the either itunes or cloud? My sister has an iphone, and she does that once a wk, and she said it’s to make sure she doesn’t lose any info when the phone needs an update.

In my CVS flyer for this week (we get our Sunday coupon inserts and flyers today for those who have a home newspaper subscription), there is a huge 20% coupon on the front page of the flyer that is valid 4/10 – 4/16. That should make for some good deals on Extrabuck deals on regularly priced items.

I often find the online prices you post is a little higher than my CVS store, but I do not mind. Just means it is cheaper!

Wow, in our area things are always a lot more. For example the Gillette razor 1 count- online price is $6.99. Ours? $8.49. I never look at her ‘on- line price’ because of that. Not her problem…we just live in a more expensive area so I factor that in. Lucky you!
That’s not really Collins fault. She can only go by the online price for deals that don’t have the prices listed b/c she doesn’t have a CVS store to get a more accurate price. But even then, prices can be regional. I rarely use her prices b/c I know what they are in my area.

The cheapest online price for the Gillette Venus Razor 1 ct is $8.99, not $6.49. This makes the deal not good anymore.
Darn! I think prices vary by region as my sidekick has found them for $6.49 at her store in Texas.
Sadly, prices varies depending on where you live. I’m in NYC and the cheapest one at my store is actually 10.29 so yours is comparatively still very reasonable. 🙂

Off topic but just started ibotta, can someone explain criss cross bonus? I had been purchasing bud light spend 11.99 deal. says I met the beer purchase requirement but now have to purchase from spend certain amount category, but not sure how to finish. Just learning so thankful for any tips, not sure how it works!! THANKS

Can’t find the Nivea coupons?

I went to CVS yesterday to buy some of the deals from last week’s ad ending 4/9. The store manager had already changed the registers to this week’s deals, which meant that nothing rang up correctly and the cashier had to manually enter all prices by looking at the ad. It also meant that I didnt get my extra bucks because the deals were not in the register and didnt trigger. The cashier was scared that she was going to get in trouble for entering the prices manually. I felt bad for her.
Does anyone know if CVS customer service will give credit the extra bucks to my account if I contact them? It’s worth a shot…
That’s one reason I avoid shopping CVS on Sat b/c anytime after 4, they can switch to the following wks sale. If I do, I try going before noon if possible. Def call CS though, they should (hopefully!) be able to send the missing bucks to your card. Usually after 48 hrs, you can print them at the kiosk when you scan your card.
Created an account to get the $5 clear care contact solution coupon and says I’ve already printed the coupon the max # of times even though I just made an account! Grrrr such a waste of time! Even changed my browser and had to get code via text message to use coupon printer and still didn’t work!

Where I can locate the coupon for garnier skin care? The only one that I have in RP 4/3 is the one for any garnier nutrisse or color styler.. Is that coupon a regional?

I went to CVS just to get one bottle of Garnier Whole Blends shampoo and two Maybelline Baby Lips. The cashier told me they just had a big meeting and that all 3 stores in my area will only accept one manufacture for one item in a transaction. In my case I had two $1.00 manuf. for Maybelline products. He wouldn’t accept the 2nd coupon but would let me do another transaction. This is just NUTS! I wasn’t very happy cause it messed up using ECB’s which I now think this is their intention. I just don’t think it’s right especially since my stores don’t even accept expired coupons where as other states do. If your going to implement this policy then do all across the board.
I have the 20% off coupon from the flyer, a $4 off $20 from an email and some ECBs I know the 20% only applies to non sale items. What other pitfalls do I need to avoid? Do I have to reach $20 before or after the % coupon?
$/$$ coupons need to met in full, regardless of percentage coupon. However, CVS coupons lower the amount percentage coupons take off.
In Texas buy $30 Scott get 10 limit is more than 1 I did it four times and still got my bucks and ticket says I need 30 more
I had a nice small savings from there yesterday. I bought the centrum vitamints that were on sale for $6.99 and I used the $4 coupon. I also got a CVS coupon form the magic machine that took off $2 when you buy any vitamins. So I got them for $.99! I bought 2 boxes of cherrios for $1.99 each and used the manufacturers $1 off of two and $1 off two cereals from the magic machine. That made them $.99 a piece! I also got the dial 6 pack soap, dial hand soap, A&H spin brush and 2 packs of 50 piece pet central dog pads. My total started at over $40 and with sales and my $26.50 of coupons I paid $16.11 including tax. Plus I got $1 rewards back from the spin brush. Thanks Collin!
Anyone know if the 20% coupon is applied before or after red box coupons?
Normally after cvs coupons (we use a self check out here) but it depends on cashiers in other cvs, but if you have a $$/$$$ maybe you should check the total after the 20%, if inferior than the $$$ you can’t use the other coupon, for example: I have a 20% on one item and a $3 off $10 razor purchase! If I buy a Schick razor $12.49, after the %20, it will deduct 2.50 so I call not able to use the $3 off !!!if it’s a $20 total purchase, you can add a filler

Doesn’t matter order. CVS coupons lowers the amount the percentage takes off.
If you use the digital cvs coupons/app only ( i.e. Maybeline baby lips deal) does it only apply the coupon to one item? The same would go for Tide, 2/1, is it only applied to one item? Thank you in advance!
All CVS coupons can be used only once, doesn’t matter from where.
Does anyone else have the problem that the deal NEVER ring up properly at their CVS? I have to go through my receipt every single week. The employees at my CVS are very nice and always manually input any missed savings, but I’m there like twice a week (it’s across the street from my work) and it’s a scene every time. Now I just go to the counter with the weekly ad and my CVS app at the ready to justify every transaction. It gets very annoying!
Saturdays can be a problem if your store activates the next week’s sale on Saturday afternoon. Another problem is that some stores in high volume “tourist” areas don’t activate sales, but will honor the “sale” price if you have the flyer.
That’s not it for me. I always shop during the week. Here is the most recent example… I bought the 2 maybelline lip products. I had 2 $1 off manufacturer coupons. I also had a CVS coupon for $2 off any maybelline product that I had sent to my card. The cashier spotted the $2 off in the system and asked if I wanted to use it. I said yes. When the transaction was finished I checked my receipt and the $2 had not been removed. I’m sure this could have been cashier error, but something like this happens every time. I can’t imagine all the cashiers make mistakes every time. I’ve been shopping these cvs deals for months and I don’t think I’m exaggerating when I say not once has one rung up correctly. Not to mention their prices often aren’t correct at the register. Another example, same trip yesterday, a Kind Bar that was $1.59 at the shelf rang up for $1.78. No one else has this experience?
I just saw your other comment about high volume “tourist” areas. My CVS is in the heart of downtown San Diego, so definitely a high volume tourist areas. I wonder if that’s the problem. I also wonder why they do this. It seems fraudulent. CVS used to have a policy that if the item didn’t ring up properly you got it free up to $3 or something like that. I guess they changed the focus.
My 10% off coupon didn’t work that I had and the receipt states it wasn’t used — If I go back to the same store will they honor it for a different day? I didn’t notice it until after departing

Hi guys, I read on Collin’s notes to let CVS scan their CVS coupons, then manufacturer coupons, and then final is ECB. Correct? I had a manager tell me that he’s suppose to scan ECB first before scanning CVS coupons. Can someone help me clarify, and point out in print the order of how CVS should be scanning the coupons please? And thank you so much in advance.
CVS coupon policy says something like they reserve the right to process coupons in any order. It really doesn’t matter the order for scanning, it becomes a problem when they total the transaction before you’ve given all your CVS coupons. If you have any that are “pending”, then try to hand over more ECBs, the register will kick out the previous scanned cvs coupons, and it’s up to the cashier to go back to re-apply them. Best advice is to take a minute before heading to checkout and calculate the total, then subtract out store/manuf coupons, then you can see how many ECBs you can use.
