I just got back from my local Kmart and they had some great clearance deals. I got a Disney princess coat for $3.99 (regularly $39.99) and boys’ Joe Boxer pajamas 2 pack for $3.99 (regularly $21.99). Plus, select clearance was an additional 50% off the marked price making some Star Wars Stormtrooper Light-Up shoes just $6.99 (regularly $24.99). Frozen, Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy, and WWE clearance shoes were also all an additional 50% off at my store. There was also an additional 50% women’s clearance boots. Great deals at Kmart right now!
If you’re a frequent Kmart or Sears shopper, you may be interested to know that 68 Kmart stores and 10 Sears stores nationwide will be closing this Summer in late July. The closing Sears stores will start their liquidation sales on April 29th and the closing Kmart stores will start their liquidation sales on May 12th. My local one just closed. Heads up, the clothes clearance took ages before the prices went down, since their clothes are so overpriced it wasn’t until the last week on clearance that it made them worthwhile. That being said about half way through the clearance I bought a $120 Keurig for $70. I find the best way to get a good deal was to keep checking back in to see what was selling.
I have $8 off of $10 surprise points. Can I use that with the bogo 50% sale they have on baby clothes? There are so many exclusions I’m confused what is and isn’t accepted.
It should work. Try online and you’ll see if it takes the points off.
I like to use these deals online for in store pickup so that I can play with what I am trying to buy and make sure I get items that will qualify for the points.
I do this also. One time I tried buying items in store and it didn’t work but when I tried it online with the same exact items it did so now I always just buy online for in store pick up when using suprise points. Much easier and you don’t have to stress about will or won’t qualify!
Should work on sale – won’t work on clearance.
For some reason my closest Kmart never has any kids clearance or any more than a small sale.
Yesterday, I found Marvel Comics Captain America Boy’s Costume Hoodie Jacket as well as the same in Spiderman for $3.99 each. I bought them online and just picked them up in store, they are good quality, nice hoodies. It’s worth it to take a minute to look them up to see if a store near you has them.
All of the stores in my area are on the list! I am so sad to see Kmart closing stores. I have really loved shopping with Kmart.

they are closing the only kmart we have left around here
Along with the clothes they have handbags marked down to 3.99 .they are worth at that price.
They’re closing my local Sears, but not Kmart.
Thank God they aren’t closing our Sears! Our mall would be dead fore sure if this happened as we just lost Macys.
I love to find deals like this I buy as much as possible and donate to charity in the winter.
I saw a few large racks with clearance clothing, all items were $3.99. There was A LOT of winter clothing! If anyone wants to stock up for next year, it’s worth a look!
