Just received ours today from last week’s sale($26.24). Well worth it, no dishes broken upon delivery. The seem to be sturdy decent quality. Not super fancy, but not cheap either.

Even for $3 more than last week, this seems to be worth the price. One added advantage for me was that it comes with some smaller bowls instead of mugs (which I rarely use the mugs from sets anyways) and it has free shipping also! I ordered today!

Yes they are sending out a new set but I have to package up the other set and return it and they are kind of heavy especially while lugging a toddler too!
Received mine earlier this week – while I love the dishes, sadly 2 of the bowls were broken. Macy’s required me to repackage the entire 42 piece set so they could replace the ‘2 bowls.’ Not worth the effort, however, I do like the looks of the dishes.

Yes I did get a refund but I had to pack up the unbroken dishes to send back.
Why did they cancel previous orders if obviously they were not sold out 🙁
Mel, I did order these today and hope for a completely unbroken set. Maybe they knew some would be returned “broken” from last week’s sale then they could repackage into complete sets from the returned sets LOL. No seriously, I feel frustrated to pay more for this but I wasn’t able to order one in time last week but I did try. So sorry your order was cancelled.

I missed this deal the first time. While searching other stores I came across the Essential Dinnerware collection at Crate and Barrel. A good price and similar-looking, just not square!
It’s ceramic so I’m probably going to regret it with four kids. Two plates were shattered upon arrival yesterday. They are going to mail another set in exchange for this set. The plates are nice but very thin.

I received mine yesterday from last week 1 bowl was broken i called and they did not hassle me at all. They shipped out a new set. They gave me 2-3 day estimate of arrival. So im not upset, theyre heavy not thin at all.

Got mine yesterday from last weeks deal as well. Some dishes were broken and one placesetting was missing from each piece of dinnerware. You’re supposed to get six of each but mine had only five. Looks like it was opened and then taped up again and returned. Haven’t had a chance to call them yet but will be shortly. Disappointing
Just called them (very surprised they are still taking calls at this late hour) and the guy I spoke with was apologetic and without hesitation, told me that I could throw away the box I received and he is sending out a replacement right away. Should have it in 2-3 business days. Really impressed!
My dishes arrived today and most of them were broken. I was not happy with the quality of the dishes either. I wish I would have passed on this one.

I’m just going to return them to the store for a refund. It was such poor packaging. Hopefully they will improve their shipping standards since so many orders were damaged.
I received my set a few days ago- all the dishes were in great condition and I’m pleased with the quality. I ordered 2 sets and one got cancelled. I called today and they were able to ship me another set, honoring last week’s sale price.

I ordered 2 sets during last week’s sale. Received 2 different (not matching) sets yesterday. One is definitely broken, didn’t unpack the other since it didn’t even match! The packaging was awful. Not nearly enough padding in the shipping box. Haven’t had a chance to call them. It’s on the agenda for this weekend.
We ordered 2 sets last week. Came in two boxes. Each box of dishes in another larger box. Absolutely no bubble rap or filler/padding. Miraculously only 2 dishes were broken. When I called Macy’s to get a replacement they said since the dishes were sold out we could keep or return the set either way they would credit the full purchase price for one set. We are pretty happy over all!!! Ended up being a great deal!!!
I paid with paypal. Not sure if that is why they gave a refund without a return! Just a thought.
Ours were packaged the same way. No wonder so many are arriving broken.
Received mine today..along with a large box of baby wipes that i didn’t order..over half were broken. Packing was horrible…Called customer service and the are replacing the set but want me to return the unbroken pieces. Seems like a hassle to return 5 plates. Attractive dishes though and the small bowls are a nice bonus.
I received mine today. Ordered 2 and one box came only. I called Macy’s and they are sending me a replacement order. Just thought that was odd. Must be the carrier that made a mistake.
