When you click the link, enter your code and hit continue (even though it says magazine). You should then be at a page to enter your details and at the top of the page you’ll see the cash offer (it deceivingly looks like the magazine offer, but read the title on that next page).
Hopefully that still works and they haven’t run out! 🙂
They probably ran out because after I click the link, enter my code and hit continue it just ask me to pick a magazine after I do that, it takes me to another page that ask for my mailing info. Nothing about a $5 check.
