Apply to Be New Balance Product Tester
For a limited time, head here and complete a short application to apply to become a New Balance product tester. The New Balance team will then notify you of each new prototype test and if you decide you want to participate, they will send the product right to your doorstep for testing.
At this time, New Balance is looking for testers who participate in indoor spinning classes and use clip in spin shoes for a new prototype but they often test other New Balance prototypes including clothing and shoes so sign up if you’re interested!

I don’t know if it’s unique to me, but I’m unable to register my email address with them. Something about a connection error! Anyone else having this problem? U have to first give them your email address in order to receive their questionairre!

All of these links just take you to a log in screen, there’s nowhere to sign up if you don’t already have an account.

Yeah something is off, I was in the middle of creating my profile after I signed up and now it keeps giving me connection error messages. I can’t even log out, and I’ve tried 3 different browsers, so I think it’s a site issue.
I signed up as soon as I seen Collin’s tweet. I was able to first sign up with my email address & creating a password (FYI- you’ll get an error if the password doesn’t have a CAPITAL letter in it), then it let me login which automatically took me to “Test Program Participation Agreement” to read and check, then to a profile page. After filling out all of the questions, I clicked to continue and received the same error message as the others are getting – “A connection error occurred, please try again later.”
How odd. I’m wondering if the site is getting a lot of traffic. Maybe wait a bit and try again. Hope that helps!

OK so I go & register & fill out info & it comes back that my e-mail already exists in the system so then I go to log in but can’t remember my password (do not remember ever signing up for this) & it comes back that my e-mail can’t be found! Now what? 🙁

i’m having the same issue. tried a second email address & it said the same thing. i also do not remember signing up using the first email address & most definitely have not signed up using the second. argh!

I just did it. I signed all 3 of my kids and received a confirmation as soon as I was done. I was going to do one for me but I might do it later. It’s asking me too many questions 😁I need more time for that one. Thanks Collin!

Hello I just signed my kids and grandbabies up like 20 minutes ago. Try the link Angie provided on here. It worked for me.
did anyone read the fine print.It says all shoes must be returned and they are new balance property.
I’ve done this before, they do want you to return the product after testing it. I liked the running shoes they sent me so I kept them. I expected to receive a bill for the shoes, but they didn’t send one.
