Does anyone know how to check if the food offers are on your card. It’s been 72 hours…
Download the Sam’s Club app on your phone & log into your account there. On the home screen it says x number of offers, click on that & it takes you to a list of everything loaded to your card. If you haven’t set up an account yet, you can do that in the app or online. The app is just easier & quicker to access the info.

I got a membership on Friday, and still nothing loaded to the account.
I got mine a week ago and still nothing. Have emailed and called them twice. Very irritated. No plus membership, gift card or the freebies.
Can I use this deal as an existing member? Also, if I get the deal and say my membership doesn’t expire until September 2016, would it extend the membership until September 2017 or only until May 2017?
I did go to my Sam’s and asked if I could renew with this promotion. I was told, “No”. He said if he did it, he would lose his job. It is only for new members. In the past with any of these promotions you would have to not be a member for 6 months in order to be able to qualify as a new member. I do have a $10 discount on a renewal, that expires the end of Dec., from Discover.

I switch it up between my hubby & I. Last year I got this deal & it was awesome. The plus membership gets you cash back after spending $500. And we can never go to dabs without spending $200. So at the end of the year, I ended up getting $100 back on my account! Wayyyy worth it. Plus with this kind of membership you can get in early hours & the warranty is extended than regular warranties. Thanks Collin!

I renewed using this deal Saturday and my previous membership had only expired May 1st. I went to the store to do it and had no problems. The membership paid for itself with the free food and gift card. I was able to get the free food and use the gift card 30 minutes later. The potatoes and chicken were really good and the pie is ridiculously huge.

I assume the e-gift card can only be used online? Anyone know? I’d rather have one to use in store, and I see there’s an application I can print and take to the store.
It can be used in store! The email I got for it states that.
I signed up almost 2 weeks ago & while I have a bunch of coupons added to my account, the Food Offer Items didn’t. I called & the CS person said that a lot of them didn’t load & they are having problems with the offer. I recommend calling & filing a complaint with customer service. Request a ticket be submitted to the promotions department to get it resolved. They said it will take 3 – 5 more days after that to get it resolved.

regarding this issue of not having coupons loaded onto your card.. I checked the membership that I received after signing up through this and I only received a regular membership not plus. I called customer service and they do have to submit an inquiry which takes 72 hours. After I signed up, I did not get an email stated the type of membership I had purchased, just a welcome email. From what the representative told me, she said there are a lot of problems that are occurring, but she said they can’t load the coupons onto my card… Is anyone else having this issue?

I received a regular membership too. I tried to get an answer in store and they said to call customer service. Isn’t the counter in house customer service? So odd. I am sending an email tonight. Coupons don’t bother me much; the plus is a huge loss though.
