    Thank you for this post Collin! I got two stainless steel all clad pans. I have been on the search for some ever since I read that non-stick treatments on pans can be toxic, and all of my cookware was non stick! This helps me transition my cookware to healthier options 🙂

    It might be worth stopping by WS or someplace that carries AC to check out the French skillets before you decide to buy them. I love mine, but the handle rises at an unusual angle compared to typical cookware. I also think if you’re going to buy one, buy big. 11″ is a good size (fits 3 – 4 regular chicken breasts) for saute. I bought the 11″ and 7″ once in a combo deal and rarely use 7″ because it’s tiny. If you can afford it, go for 13″!
