My neighbor has one and the cutting is horrible. Looks like a goat mows her grass instead of a mower.
That might be how the mower is being used. We have this mower and found that we need to mow the lawn more frequently than normal mowers because it does not do well with long grass. Our lawn looks better than others on the block because it’s always close to the same height :). Worth it to me to avoid having a cord or gas tank!
Not all of the push mowers are the same… we have this very one… and love it. YOu do have to not let it get to long… but otherwise it is great…. very easy to push.
We picked up one very similar to this at an auction for $10… I laughed because I thought it would never mow but it worked great… My kids could now and I didn’t worry so much… However we moved to a new house with 2 acres so we had to buy a riding lawn mower☹️

We have one and I love that it doesn’t need gas or oil or any mechanical knowledge to use it. Just be warned that you have to mow more often than a regular mower (at least once a week). And the grass doesn’t look nearly as pretty as with a regular mower. It always leaves some long pieces behind. But hey one benefit is that you don’t have to work out on the days that you mow! I have to mow in the early morning or late at night so I don’t die of heat stroke, but since it doesn’t make any noise it’s not a big deal and won’t wake the neighbors 🙂

You have to mow more often but these mowers are so much easier to use than the gas ones and no noise
Had one, sold it. Doesn’t cut weeds in grass. So they stick up.

We have one, and we LOVE it. The lawn is much healthier. You do have to get down and trim some of the weeds, and you do have to mow more often, but I work it in to my fitness routine (no gym for me the nights I mow our double lot!).
