I need a new vacuum for carpet mainly. Was debating between a Dyson and a Shark. Any suggestions?
I love dyson, have 3 vacs. They have 5 year warranty. The brush stopped on my newer one and they fixed it no questions asked or receipt needed. The older one, which is 8 years old now never had an issue, but it was getting really dirty. They cleaned it like new and replaced some part of it, for the price of the cleaning only. Just love the machines and the service!
Where did you take it to get fixed/cleaned?
At a dyson service center, locations are found on thier website. I took them to the Fairfax, VA location. There are not many locations. I would contact them.if you don’t have a location near you.
I have had equally great experiences at their store front near Denver. Amazing customer service, don’t know if we’ll ever be able to buy another brand!
