Yes. Just came back from Target and cartwheel was a nightmare. Had to reboot my phone and it was going do slowly I thought about leaving without buying anything. I don’t like their latest upgrade.
Take a picture of your barcode and load your before you go. I had the same problem yesterday.

I just got back and had problems as well. The app kept logging me out which was incredibly frustrating. A customer service rep finally took pity on me and rung me up while manually adjusting all of the discounts each of us could remember as her app wasn’t working either. She told me it happens every Sunday! Sort it out Target!
I printed mine out a long time ago, stuck it in the front cover of my binder so I always have it and don’t have to worry about phone issues.
If you have an iphone you can save your barcode to apple wallet. Then it pulls up regardless of if the app is functioning. I think it might even pull up automatically when I’m near Target
If the internet is spotty in store, a picture is better, doesn’t need internet to function. I have the barcode in a keyring app and a picture.
Cartwheel was down for awhile today apparently. I overheard one of the managers talking about it while I was there today & unable to get it load.
I can not even get my offers or add any. Why update if it’s not working.
Oh bummer 🙁 If app is not working on your phone with update or restart. Maybe try adding offers on a desktop and printing out your barcode until the app works again. Hope that helps!

Yes, the barcode doesn’t change. I keep a picture on my phone, and in the keyring app . Since the app is acting up, anyone can log into their account on website to add offers 🙂
My account locked me out yesterday IN TARGET and resetting my password didn’t work. I had to make a new account, but it’s all good as I was able to earn back my badges quickly. My new account still says I have $0 savings.
My cartwheel just keeps going down, it let me add some offers, then keeps freezing and now it’s making me sign in, which I’ve never done. This is so frustrating how the Cartwheel app crashes frequently now.
The Good Thin crackers are the Kroger free Friday download starting Friday (6/3) 🙂

Cartwheel was down for awhile today apparently. I overheard one of the managers talking about it while I was there today & unable to get it load. I’m going to go back tomorrow for the missed coupon to get my cartwheel refund.
Haha of course I missed all these comments when I was in the store wanting to curse Cartwheel. I’d never had problems before until today. Luckily customer service told me to just print off the deals I had wanted to use on my purchases and bring that paper back in within three days. I didn’t want to lose the Breuer’s 25% which exp today, so we went back tonight on our way elsewhere. Luckily I live super close to Target. Not fun but wasn’t gonna lose almost $9 over not going either 🙂
